Which cities do you cover?
We currently cover Amsterdam, Rotterdam, The Hague, Utrecht and Eindhoven. If you are looking somewhere else, contact us — we may be able to help.
How do you find listings before I do?
We check agency sites and listing sources every hour, and we register you directly with the agencies in your city so you are on their list before a property reaches the big portals. Speed is what you are paying for.
What happens if I do not find a home?
If we do not arrange at least five viewings in three months, you get a full refund. Beyond that, the search is competitive — we cannot guarantee a landlord will choose you, but we guarantee we will give you every realistic chance.
Do I need a BSN or a Dutch employment contract?
You do not need a BSN to start, but most landlords require proof of income. Before you pay, we review your documents and tell you honestly what we think your chances are.
How do you contact me?
